Identify opportunities and define product / feature vision and strategy. co-develop with the leadership team, lead from ideation to execution

Own end to end product launch & GTM
Ability to bring consensus in situations where there is disagreement or conflicting priorities among key stakeholders.

Technology Leadership:
Lead SaaS Platform Development – Strong expertise in full-stack development (Java, Python, MERN stack) and cloud-based architectures.
API & Workflow Design – Drive microservices-based REST API development and implement business process automation.
Third-Party Integrations – Enable seamless API integrations with external service providers.
Code Quality & Best Practices – Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization through structured audits.
Vendor & Delivery Management:
Outsourced Vendor Oversight – Manage and collaborate with external development partners, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Delivery Governance – Define SLAs, monitor vendor performance, and proactively escalate risks.
Quality Assurance – Ensure vendor deliverables align with product standards and integrate smoothly with internal development.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Customer Insights & Feedback – Conduct user research and feedback sessions to enhance platform capabilities.
Product Demos & GTM Support – Showcase platform features to potential clients and support sales & business development initiatives.
Platform Development & Compliance:
Component Libraries & Workflow Automation – Develop reusable UI components and enable no-code/low-code business workflows.
Security & Compliance – Ensure adherence to data protection, authentication, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Performance Monitoring & Analytics – Define KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of teams across EST, PST, and IST, ensuring seamless coordination and adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Manage team schedules, shifs, and resource allocation to maintain optimal coverage and productivity.
• Analyse key business metrics related to product performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize performance and track progress.
• Identify opportunities for automation within operational processes. Lead the implementation of automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering to develop and deploy these solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Develop and document best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with the cross functional teams to translate operational insights into actionable improvements; implement new product features and monitor outcomes
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Build a high performing team by hiring the best fit talent, integrate them effectively into the team and the company culture and focus on promoting their self-development.
• Mentor team members to prioritise rightly, deep dive into the issues/ escalations and steer them to prompt resolutions; focussing on customer service excellence
• Promote a strong and inclusive culture by cascading understanding of organization direction, policies and processes effectively, proactively seeking feedback from the team, understanding their concerns and working with the right stakeholders to resolve the same.

Truva is on a mission to make real estate transparent and delightful. We are building the world’s best home-buying and home-selling experiences, which combine online (listings, home loans, etc.) and offline (house visits, registration, etc.) touchpoints. Customer Obsession is one of our core values.
In addition to user-facing products, we will need to build tools for our channel partners (brokers) and internal teams that will help us deliver exceptional value to our customers.
As our founding Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the founders to conceptualize, ideate, design, and build these experiences from the ground up.
Lead Product Development: Drive the vision and strategy for Truva’s home-buying and home-selling experiences and internal tools
Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the founding team to shape product direction and make strategic decisions that align with our mission and goals.
User-Centric Design: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating insights into product features that delight users.
Manage Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Monitor and Measure: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
