Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development & Sales Management
○ Achieve AUM and SIP targets in the retail segment through effective sales
strategies.
○ Drive business growth by acquiring new distributors, IFAs (Independent
Financial Advisors), and deepening relationships with existing partners.
○ Identify new business opportunities and product demand across the region.
● Channel Management
○ Strategically manage various distribution channels including IFAs, national
distributors, banks, and online platforms.
○ Build long-term engagement with top-performing partners through regular
interactions, training, and support.
● Team Leadership
○ Lead a team of Area Managers/Sales Officers across different territories.
○ Monitor team performance and implement training plans for continuous
capability development.
○ Set performance goals, mentor junior team members, and foster a
high-performance culture.
● Market Intelligence & Strategy
○ Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and investor behavior to
refine sales approaches.
○ Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for tailored investment
solutions and campaigns.
● Operational & Compliance Responsibilities
○ Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by SEBI, AMFI, and
internal policies.
○ Maintain documentation and MIS reports related to sales performance,
partner engagement, and business metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
o Develop and implement region specific sales strategies
o Set and achieve regional sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
Business Development
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large scale projects in system integration of Video,Audio,Data,Cybersecurity,Managed Services,UCaaS across industries
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners to enhance the company’s market position.
o Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present tailored system integration solutions to potential clients.
Sales Operations
o Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales processes.
o Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management on regional sales performance and market conditions. Establish sales plan for regional numbers in support of company level figures.
Collaboration and Coordination
o Work closely with other departments, including project management, presales, service, commercial, procurement & SCM and finance to ensure seamless delivery of system integration projects.
o Coordinate with marketing to develop and implement regional campaigns with partners, OEM’s that generate leads and raise brand awareness.
o Represent Progility at industry, OEM events, conferences and trade shows to network and promote system integration solutions.
Team Leadership and Management
o Lead, motivate and manage a regional sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve sales objectives.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and develop individual growth plans for team members.
o Foster a collaborative and results driven team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
