Role Overview
We’re looking for a Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Consultant to lead and drive hiring across key
functions—tech, product, operations, and business. You’ll be responsible for building a
high-performance team by identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier talent in a competitive
market.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and
offer rollouts
● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role
requirements
● Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across functions using sourcing
platforms, referrals, and networking
● Deliver a delightful candidate experience, representing Truva’s brand values
● Use data and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategy and improve conversion rates
● Coordinate with external agencies and platforms, when needed, for niche or volume
hiring
● Contribute to employer branding through job posts, content, and candidate engagement
campaigns
● Keep track of market trends and talent availability to proactively influence sourcing
decisions
What We’re Looking For
● 2–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in start-ups or fast-paced industries
● Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS platforms
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong ability to prioritize roles, manage multiple mandates, and close positions quickly
● A proactive, driven, and target-oriented professional who thrives in ambigu
